Tuya controlled items

Tuya login

I am known to Tuya as "Trekdiary" and my email is "g.a.w.murray@gmail.com" with a password of "onl@16WE"

For some reason or other the Tuya site asks for your phone number - and then fails to recognise it! Try putting the email into the phone number box - it works!

Living Room Curtains

These are installed and working in living room, including on/off switching by Alexa. They are registered to the Tuya App on phone +447 746 000 746 using an unusual password. Can be remote controlled by Alexa which calls them "Curtains".

Dining Room Curtains

These curtains are in the dining room. They used to be called "Drapes". Working well using a remote hand-switch.

Both sets of curtains

They are now working with fixed times for opening and closing.
Use mobile phone app. Click here for setting times etc. Closing-time time is dusk-related.

Self-controlling items

Remote switch 01

This is a TP-link switch and has been used remotely. It is called KazaPlug by Alexa and must be pronounced "Kah Zah plug" to be recognised.

Remote switch 02

This is an Amazon switch and has been used remotely. Alexa calls it Amazon Plug.

Landing Lamp

This is a 13amp plug by Gosund and controlled by the Smart Home App.
Alexa used to call it First round plug
Used to switch lamp on the landing. On time is dusk-related.

TV Lamp

This is a 13amp plug by Gosund and controlled by the Smart Home App.

Used to switch lamp near the TV in Sitting Room. On time is dusk-related.

Remote-control camera

This is an Ezviz camera and is controlled by its EzViz App. Works well but needs a purpose!

Remote-control light bulbs

There are two of these - both in the bedroom

Names
First bedroom light
Second bedroom light
These have been grouped together as "Bedroom lights"

They are controlled by Alexa - acting through the Tuya App
